Mies Van Der Rohe Concept Watch
The dial was a pivotal part in the design- translating Mies's utilitarianism with openness was a detail i wanted to convey through a stamp-cut dial and a graphic play within a solid dial.
The handset was heavily inspired by the Lafayette Park Townhouse window graphics- with its Aluminum I-beam structure and interplay of lighter and darker lines, it was the perfect simple graphic to create the handset with.
